We are delighted to welcome you soon at NANBAN! To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to take note of our reservation rules:

1. Groups: For reservations of more than 8 people, a deposit may be required. Please contact us directly at info@nanban.lu.
2. Late Arrival: If you anticipate arriving late, please inform us by phone at +352 26 77 22 72. We will hold your table reservation for 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time. After that, we reserve the right to give it to other customers.
3. Reservation Reconfirmation: A response to our email request for reconfirmation or a phone call is necessary to validate your reservation. Without reconfirmation at least 2 hours before the service, your reservation will not be guaranteed.
4. Cancellation: In case of cancellation, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 2 hours in advance. This will allow us to free up the table for other guests.
5. Reservation Duration: Please note that the duration of your reservation is automatically limited to 1.5 hours. Should you need additional time, please feel free to contact us for special duration requests.
6. Tables: Please note that our restaurant has seating at tables and the bar, and reservations are allocated randomly by the ​booking system. However, you may specify your preference during your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate you, although we cannot guarantee it. The number of tables allocated will also depend on the number of guests  
7. 1. 1. 2 to 3 guests: 1 table
      2. 4 to 6 guests: 2 tables
      3. 7 to 8 guests: 3 tables
